We liked hotel's staff and location.

The bed was quite uncomfortable, that's sad thing.

Very nice experience there. We were moved to a superior queen room and had a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a coffee machine and a seating area.

The hotel is spotless, with helpful personal, and offers beautiful location very close to perfect view of the Lighthouse and the trolley and restaurants.

The breakfast was HOT and savoury, they offered eggs, grits and danishes.

Great location and staff, I appreciated it. It was a fine stay, the best I had before now.

This hotel appeared to be bad, nonetheless its staff and location were good. I liked the room on the second level, the bed was comfy.

Wi-Fi was horrible and the bathroom I had was very small.

Everything there was great and the staff were cheerful. Our continental breakfast was more than adequate and savoury. We liked our really great stay there a lot.

We were there for 2 days, everything was fine, loved its perfect location short walk to all attractions and the historic sites and great restaurants and downtown.

The staff was sweet, the hotel was spotless and placed in a historic part of the city close to restaurants and the historic district and the attractions.

What I liked was my beautiful room with above average breakfast. The stuff where pretty friendly in the whole hotel.

Unbelievable location, spotless and picture perfect place. Eggs, grits and danishes were a nice touch. Superfriendly staff made our stay awesome and the service was good! Location really close to the major historic attractions and great restaurants.

Place was spotless, everything was excellent. The location was excellent - just 5 minutes' walk from a lifestyle museum. We got a room with bathtubs.

fairly clean, exceptionally comfortable bed, lovely location. very caring staff that was willing to help to us. we enjoyed the property because it was close to a trolley bus stop. with friendly check-in and smooth check-out, this hotel was convenient. had the best stay and would love to return.

Overall my stay was really great and I would return there. Modern and cozy rooms, small hotel.

The room was appropriate, the bed was big, the service was good.

The staff was delightfully helpful and we loved continental breakfast. The hotel was set in a central area. And just next door to old town and marina across the street and the center. It was a useful base for our fairly nice stay.

If need be, I will definitely go back there again cos it met needs well. Savoury breakfast and the staff is very helpful. Excellent view, a nice balcony, good bed, too. Central location, at walking distance from lightner museum.

I loved the hotel, it was lovely with strong wi-fi. Clean place and outstanding service. The beach nearby was sandy and the view was absolutely gorgeous.

Wanted to explore St. Augustine and this hotel was fine base for doing it. Large bedroom with a tiled bathroom.

This is a pretty clean, super great hotel. It has so beautiful location just a walk down to Old st Augustine Village.

Good value for money, EXCEPTIONAL service offered. The hotel was fancy and fairly clean in a local area. The room was warm, cosy. Comfortable garden and good pool area.

Extremely quiet, perfectly clean hotel with so beautiful rooms and competent staff. The breakfast was free, had lots of food like fresh fruit, appetizers, cereals, breads and muffins. Friendly service throughout the venue.

Competent staff, nice cozy room, tasty breakfast items. The restaurant is lovely and reasonably priced. There is a plenty of facilities in the room such as : coffee, WiFi and terrace.

Everything was perfect and we had very enjoyable time. Room was appropriate & great beds. The hotel was spotless and the location was quiet. We loved to have lunch at Alta Marea, found it within easy walking distance of the venue.

The place was fairly clean, I liked its rooms and location. It was immaculate and the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

The hotel was light with immaculate rooms and I loved kind staff. The breakfast was delicious, and included coffee, muffins, cereal, eggs and fresh fruit. Brilliant location to english landing marina.

Greatly enjoyed that the room included flat-screen television, a writing desk and ironing facilities. We spent evenings at centro piano bar, situated 900 feet from the hotel.

Worth its 3 stars. So glad we choose it, it's super base for staying in St. Augustine. The hotel was ideally placed. We had a marina view and a heating system, TV and ironing facilities😀

Staff were accommodating, view from our room was nice! Btw, their receptionist is top! Wonderful location, just 10 minutes to the city center. Walking distance to gaufres & goods, where you can have lunch.
